MRM & PRM TARGETED QUANTITATION WORKSHOP
Hands-on training in techniques for precise MRM quantitation
Nov 5-8 2019
Limited seats available!
MRM Proteomics Inc. is proud to be hosting its fourth MRM and PRM targeted quantitation workshop, to be held in Tübingen, Germany from November 5th to 8th, 2019.
Our hands-on workshop will cover both practical and theoretical aspects of performing highly multiplexed mass spectrometry-based targeted quantitation of proteins and metabolites using a bottom-up approach. Participants will perform step-by-step experimental procedures from sample preparation, to LC-MS/MS instrument injections, to data analysis using Skyline.
This workshop features keynote lectures and tutorials from several respected proteomics and metabolomics researchers, including an in-depth tutorial on bile acid quantitation. Our keynote speakers include Dr. Marius Ueffing, Dr. Thomas Joos & Dr. Oliver Pötz, Dr. René Zahedi, and Dr. Christoph Borchers, covering MRM and PRM approaches for clinical applications.
This unique event is held over 3 days, allowing participants to thoroughly complete all aspects of their own MRM experiment. Each day will consist of laboratory sessions, classroom tutorials, instrument demos for both MRM & PRM, and keynote lectures. Our first day will focus on sample preparation and digestion of human plasma samples. On day two, participants will learn instrument fundamentals and take the time to inject their own samples. The third day is fully dedicated to data analysis through Skyline, with many opportunities for Q&A. On top of the entire course, the registration fee includes a welcome dinner, catered breakfast and lunch, and a closing reception for all participants.
Register by September 30th and receive a 25% discount! Registration is limited to ensure small group sizes and encourage interactions. Take advantage of this exceptional opportunity to learn some of the most recent techniques, while interacting with experts in the field.
We look forward to seeing you in Tübingen!
