Hands-on training in techniques for precise protein quantitation

May 14-17 2019

Montreal, Qc, Canada
Limited seats available!

MRM Proteomics is proud to host our third workshop on targeted quantitative proteomics, to be held at our laboratory in Montreal from May 14th to 17th, 2019.

Our hands-on workshop will cover both practical and theoretical aspects of performing highly multiplexed mass spectrometry-based targeted quantitation of proteins using a bottom-up approach. We will discuss everything from sample preparation to liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry methods as well as data analysis, through laboratory sessions and classroom tutorials. Furthermore, attendees will have the option to submit demo samples (human plasma) prior to arrival and will have the opportunity to analyze their own data.

The workshop features keynote lectures from several respected proteomics researchers, including Dr. John Yates III and Dr. John Koomen, covering cutting-edge applications in the areas of clinical proteomics and cancer research. Skyline representative Nick Shulman will also be on hand to provide detailed training for data analysis.

Registration awards are available for two Trainees and one Lab Director. For more details, review the Award Application Form. Registration is limited to ensure small group sizes and encourage interactions. Take advantage of this exceptional opportunity to learn some of the most recent techniques in targeted quantitative proteomics and interact with experts in the field.

We look forward to seeing you in Montreal
