MRM Proteomics Inc.'s hands-on workshops are back—and we've expanded the program with exciting new additions!

MRM Proteomics Inc. is excited to announce the return of our Hands-on MRM Targeted Proteomics Quantitation Workshop, hosted in collaboration with MSACL as a pre-conference event. This immersive, practical workshop is designed for researchers, analysts, and scientists looking to deepen their understanding of targeted proteomics through expert-led instruction and hands-on learning.

Throughout the workshop, participants will gain practical experience in:

  • Targeted proteomics workflows

  • MRM/PRM assay development and validation

  • Quantitative data analysis, using our new in-house data analysis tool, MRMPipe, and interpretation using AI agents

  • The PeptiQuant kits and SysQuan platform for targeted protein quantitation

  • Exploring and utilizing the SysQuan Database to support assay development and biomarker research

  • Hands-on instrument training, with the flexibility to learn on the instrument platform (Agilent 6495D, Evosep One/Eno, Thermo QE Plus, Bruker TimsTof HT, Sciex QTRAP 6500) that best aligns with their research and laboratory needs

In addition to hands-on training, attendees will hear from leading experts in the field through keynote presentations covering the latest advances, applications, and emerging trends in targeted proteomics. Participants will also enjoy engaging scientific discussions, personalized Q&A sessions, and opportunities to connect with MRM Proteomics scientists and fellow researchers. The workshop includes a welcome dinner and catered lunch, fostering a collaborative environment for learning, networking, and knowledge sharing.
